We are a fee for service practice and are considered out of network with all dental insurance plans, including PPOs. This approach allows us to focus fully on what is best for you and your health, rather than being guided by the limitations of insurance coverage.

Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we are happy to provide detailed documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your individual benefits.
